Nowy-headed plaque (black with white lettering) within brick shelter with slate roof (has metal inscription within arch of entrance), at one end of garden. Temporary tablet unveiled with WMP0712 Tuesday 24th May 1921 by Rev MF Alderson (Rector of Lutterworth), dedicated by Rev Canon Hindley and later replaced by current plaque to ensure no errors were included. Ironwork around arch head added as part of refurbishment in 2009.
