War memorial to former members of the County Council staff, who lost their lives in World War Two. Rectangular bronze, of three pieces, with County Council shield at top left, inscription at top right and names below, all within a decorative border. The memorial was originally located in the County Rooms (later the City Rooms) but was returned to the County Council later. It has been redisplayed at County Hall and was rededicated on 11th November 2013.
