Black stone inscription tablet set into elaborate alabaster frame with three figures above (two seated; one standing); sailor figure to left, soldier figure to right, nine nurses, civilians (?) and airmen beneath and relief carving of fieldgun, battleship and tank at base. WW2 tablets either side and WW1 tablets below (one tablet with three panels). Inscriptions in gold.
