He was the son of William Taylor and Louisa Constance Hunt. The War Diary entry for the 23rd July 1918 records. G.15.d.2.2. All work was continued. A draft of 25 other ranks joined the Battalion. 2 men were killed and 1 was wounded by shell fire in the HQ Camp. 1 man to hospital sick.
