John 'Jack' Morton was the son of John William and Nellie Winifred Morton, of Leicester.

He was serving in the RAFVR and was killed while serving at RAF St Mawgan when the radar van that he was travelling in was struck by the propeller of Avro Warwick l BV288 on the perimeter track.
