He was the son of Thomas and Mary Adcock of Brick Hill Cottage, Fen Lane, Upton, Nuneaton, Warwks. In 1911 he was boarding at his brothers family home at 6, Seymour Road, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, present were his brother John Thomas an Engine Room Labourer who was born in 1884 in Stoke Golding, Leicestershire and his sister in law Rose Hannah a Tennis Ball Worker who was born 1885 in Fenny Drayton, Leicestershire. Percy was a Nuts Spinner and was born in 1890 in Stoke Golding, Leicestershire. His brothers Harry and Walter S. also fell.
