Pte 9023 Albert Andrew Pritchett, 225th Coy M.G.C. (Infantry) formerly Pte 20757 Leicestershire Regt, died of wounds on Aug 16th 1917, and rests in grave D 10 at the Potijze Chateau Lawn Cemetery in Belgium. He had earned the War and Victory medals. Albert, aged 19, was the son of Andrew and Edith Pritchett of 39 Burton Street, later of 3 Websters Yard, Scawford Road, Melton Mowbray.
