Ernest Alfred, was born in 1892 in Melton Mowbray, Leics., his siblings were, Albert E., born 1888, Ethel M., born 1890, Lottie E., born 1892, Ernest A., born 1893, May, born 1895, Herbert, born 1897 and Charles John, born 1901, all his siblings were born in Melton Mowbray, Leics., in March 1901 the family home was at G.N.R. Cottages, Scalford Road, Melton Mowbray, Leics.
