COALVILLE AND DISTRICT CASUALTIES

Private Arthur Frank Prior, of the Leicestershire Regiment, is reported to have been killed in action on or about September 25th. His widowed mother resides at 69, Granite Row, Ibstock Road, Ellistown, and the news has been sent to her by an officer. Private Prior was 24 years of age, and before the war worked at the Beveridge Lane Quarry.
