Cecil Frederick was a Forester's Labourer and was born in 1892 in Croxton Kerrial, Leicestershire, his siblings were Eunice Albertha, born 1898 and Margaret Whiting Asher, born 1901, both siblings were born in Croxton Kerrial, Leicestershire. In April 1911 the family home was at School Lane, Croxton Kerrial, Leicestershire.
